Background color of service labels

Can the background color of service labels be changed?

Those labels can be visible in monitoring views and a red background make them look like there’s a problem.

You can use a plugin like Stylus, available for at least Firefox & Chrome, which enables client-side css changes. Or, if you want them server-side, make a custom theme with css changes that is more to your liking.

Some additional notes: You can make a new theme entirely including different icon (colours). Copy an existing theme folder to a new theme folder as @kdeutsch suggested. Make sure you change the name in theme.json to something unique, I called mine Darker. From User | Color theme you can toggle between possible themes. thanks for the suggestion, but I’d like the change to be either a possible color customization via the checkmk web gui or a permanent hard change they make in the server code.

Suggestion was as workaround till they make it a permanent hard change if that happens some day. There is no colour customization in web gui, AFAIK a custom theme is the only way. (-;
