BUG: disabled sections (SNMP) are not respected as it should

CMK version:
2.1.0p23
OS version:
Debian 11.6
Error message:
There is no direct error message.
If you create a rule in “Disabled or enabled sections (SNMP)” for one SNMP section then this section is correctly ignored at discovery time. But at check time it is used why?
If you do the “cmk --debug -vvn hostname” on CLI then you see after “SNMP scan found” the disabled section name. With “cmk --debug -vvI hostname” the section is not shown after the “SNMP scan found”.

The section where i have this problem is superseding another SNMP section, can this be the problem?
