cre1.6 was able to sync all users and count the number of users, including cn name is not valid

Read it some where one werk was set out to address “invalid user format” (security) issue.

Bug: the “save& test” should not break like following screenshot. Should provide a check button to skip invalid user id so that “Count Users” step works.
