Cancel notification Verständnisfrage

Hallo!

Ich versuche gerade die Cancel Notifications zu verstehen, aber irgendwie versteh ich die offenbar nicht.
Ich hab die Default Regel “Notify all contacts of a host/service via HTML email” aktiv.
Jetzt habe ich eine Cancel Notification Regel erstellt mit “Contact Selection” “Members of contact groups” und dort eine Contact Group “View-Only” hinterlegt.
Unter “Conditions” hab ich die gleiche Gruppe (View-Only) für “Match contact groups” ausgewählt.
Die Hosts sind der “View-Only” Contact Gruppe zugeordnet und die User ebenfalls.

Nach meinem Verständnis sollten User die in der Contact Gruppe “View-Only” sind für Hosts die in der gleiche Gruppe sind keine Notifications mehr bekommen.
Die Regel scheint bei der Analyse auch mit dem grünen Punkt (this rule matches) auf, aber die Mails werden trotzdem verschickt.

Wo ist hier der Fehler?

Ist die Reihenfolge der Regeln korrekt? Die “Cancel”-Regel muss dann nach der Regel stehen, die die ursprüngliche Notification auslöst.

Die Reihenfolge ist korrekt, die Cancel Regel steht am Schluss.

Hab meinen Fehler gefunden. Ich hatte für die “Notify all contacts” Regel die “Notification Method” geändert. Die muss aber natürlich in der Cancel Regel identisch sein.
