Cannot install rpm Agent on OracleLinux

Error message:

We are having this problem when installing an CheckMK agent to an Oracle Linux. The agent has 2 plugins: Agent updater and the Oracle database plugin. The same package works on a blank Orcale Linux Docker Container but not on Oracle Appliances.
When installing an 2.2.0p17 version, the error is the same, only the cmk-update-agent.cfg becomes mk_oracle.cfg
Any ideas?

solution was rpm -i --nofiledigest check-mk....rpm
