Cannot read configuration file

Hello!

When i try to restart my checkmk i get error “Cannot read configuration file” & I haven’t found any suggestions what i can do to fix this?

When i try to access my checkmk i’m redirected to this page:

Internal Server Error

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  • Is this an updated site?
  • Did it ran ever?
  • If it ran, what was done right before problem start?

    This is Check_MK version 2.0.0p11 CRE

    when i try to update i get this error
    Failed to lookup IPv4 address of update via DNS: [Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution
  • Did it ran ever?
    Yes it worked previously
  • If it ran, what was done right before problem start?
    I was trying to change the port that checkmk was using so i removed the docker instance and created a new one

Yes i checked that the file exists

This file should not exist inside a CRE edition as there is no agent deployment.
Was this before a CEE or CFE site?
You can remove this file and then the service should start.
