When I created a new site, I made a bookmark prior to creating my user account.
I created my user account and I see the bookmark from cmkadmin. Fine, no biggie, I’ll log in as cmkadmin and go to the area you see in the screenshot.
I uncheck the Visibility so it’s not available to other users. Doesn’t work.
I hit the X on the Title area so it completely removes the bookmark.
Ok, Save the List, and it comes back over and over - I cannot delete it now that I made it. Is this a bug?
Version is 2.2.0p8 but I also get this behavior in all 2.2 revisions. Haven’t tried others.
I guess I’ll reply to myself. I rebooted the server and that was the only way to remedy this.
It is possible that a logoff and login would do the trick but I didn’t try that after making the changes to the cmkadmin account.
When I make changes to the bookmark file for my account, the changes are instant.
But when doing it on the cmkadmin account, they are not.
Still is weird to me, but I guess I wanted to post what corrected it.
Lol, can’t add bookmarks anymore, period. Neither account. Even destroyed my account, restarted, and the single bookmark was still there that I had prior to deleting the account and then recreating it.
Add bookmark button simply stopped working, regardless of the web browser.
Weird that this is a brand new install. Going to just destroy the site and re-create it.
Just never experienced something so weird.
