CEE 1.2.6 + ps1

Hi guys. This is a very interesting question i have.
It’s very simple.

CEE agent 1.2.6 + Windows server 2019.
I put a simple PS1 script on local directoy, and it WORKS.
No need to put a bat calling the PS1, like i always did (dumb).

Please, i need confirmation.

I though that 1.2.6 could never ever understand a ps1 directly. Only bat, cmd, etc.

IT UNDERSTANDS ANY EXTENSION THEN?

if it works with your configuration - what sort of additional confirmation are you looking for?

I faintly remember using the .bat workaround at times, but definitely not always. Alas I don’t remember when that workaround was needed as 1.2.6 was about 10 years ago :smiley:

I’m extremely happy, that’s all. A bat is 100% faster than a ps1 (if i can get it to do the same :).
