Check MK Agent 2.1 RAW

I have used CMK in one form or another for a couple of years. The client used to be configurable for install location (v1.6 being the most recently used version) . Not seeing where I can change it from the main drive on windows on the MSI install.
I’ve tried
msiexec /i “E:\Software\check_mk_agent.msi” TARGETDIR=“E:\Software” /qn WIXUI_CLEANINSTALL=
in the command line, but it is still installing the default location.
Any help on how would be appreciated.
Output of “cmk --debug -vvn hostname”: (If it is a problem with checks or plugins)
