maybe you can help. We need a check for vmware license expiry for our ESXi Host. Is there something we can use? Unfortunately i can not find anything in the docs.

AFAIK you can check the license usage on vSphere. The check look at the amount of installed licences. If the licencses expires will not checked.

Dear Christian, thank you very much for your answer. Do you or anybody know if it will be part of a future release? Since there’s a possibility that the licenses could expire, that would be a nice feature.

It would be a welcome enhancement for a/the vmware plugin.
