In the new “check certificates” check there’s a “Allow self-signed certificates” why not on “Check HTTP web service”?
no one using http check to see if internal services are alive which having maybe a self signed cert?
As far as I know the only option is to include the self signed certificate in the Global Settings of the checkmk UI ( Trusted certificate authorities for SSL).
Are there any news about that topic? Can someone from checkmk give some feedback?
The error message is not showing a self signed certificate.
It shows an “UnknownIssuer”, here the only solution is to include the issuer certificate to the CheckMK server or the site certificate store.
