Good evening, I’m having a strange problem with a monitored server. The “Check_MK” service is constantly changing status from OK to Service Check Timed Out and I can’t understand why.
The problem seemed started some weeks ago and I tried to update the agent and the central server to different versions but nothing has changed.
Looking on the host I noticed that the daemon ‘check-mk-agent.service’ hasn’t the standard name but something like ‘check-mk-agent@5-811-988.service’ and the number changes randomly every X minutes.
I even tried to uninstall and reinstall the agent, cleaning up the configuration but nothing has changed.
All my server run Oracle Linux 9, but this is the only host that runs docker. I checked the configuration of containers and noone is using the port 6556 of agent.
Do you have any idea?
