Check_MK discovery is flapping and Timed out

Hello guys,
I have a strange problem that is creating a lot of trouble for me. We are using checkmk to monitor different systems and time to time we get a bunch of different hosts with this checkmk discovery timed out alam.
I have researched many other articles but nothing worked. I have change the Agent TCP time out from 5 seconds to 30 seconds but without change.
