Check_MK Discovery not found any services

No unmonitored services found:

I have installed the CheckMK agent in ubuntu machine but the agent is not able to discover the services, i have attached the screenshot below. Please help me with this.

Hi Dinesh,

is the host configured to use the checkmk agent in the host properties ? As there is no checkmk Service, maybe it has the host setting “no agent”.
Otherwise you can check if a firewall is blocking the traffic with

ufw status numbered or iptables -vL

@Dinesh1 You should also really upgrade to a current version of Checkmk. 1.6 has been end of life for quite a while now

That’s exactly what I thought when I saw the screenshot…
I told myself that it had been a long time since I had seen this interface ^^

I appreciate your suggestions and I’ve told my client about them as well, but they are not willing to update to the new version.

Sorry for the inconvenience, the real problem I am facing is that the agent only found 2 inventories. Agent is unable to find any other services like (CPU, memory, disk, etc…)
