I have seen where it enable/disable it for services and hosts but I have not figured out how to adjust the threshold. I would like to increase the threshold if possible.
I know its set somewhere because I get the following error:
Notifications for this service are being suppressed because it was detected as having been flapping between different states (23.7% change >= 20.0% threshold). When the service state stabilizes and the flapping stops, notifications will be re-enabled.
If i remember it the right way the flapping threshold is set inside the nagios.cfg directly.

There’s the option to completely disable the flapping, per host, per service, etc. using rules, from WATO.
