I have been struggling with an issue with APC’s since 1.4.0p5 or p4. The initial issue was that the phases aren’t displayed properly. I recently updated to 1.4.0p9 and now the graphics aren’t displayed for the phase inputs. I receive
the below error.
Undefined offset: 2
/opt/omd/versions/1.4.0p9.cre/share/check_mk/pnp-templates/check_mk-apc_symmetra.php [26]:
any ideas?
Hi John,
the problem is that the existing template for PNP cannot handle the splited checks for APC.
Before this was one huge check for all components and now there are i think three checks.
apc_symmetra, apc_symmetra.elphase, apc_symmetra.temp
The PNP template is only expecting apc_symmetra and it expects a fixed amount of values.
That means the template must be rewritten to take the right values.
