i just discovered that the autologon to views & dashboards is different in 1.6, at least i just discovered it in 1.6.
My old URLs with autologon have been as described in the online manual here: https://checkmk.com/cms_wato_user.html in section 9.
It says to put it like this: http://mycmkserver/mysite/check_mk/login.py?_origtarget=/mysite/check_mk/dashboard.py?name=mydashboard&_username=myuser&_password=mypassword&_login=1 but this only worked until 1.5 at least thats the last time i tried this.
In 1.6 it works like this: http://mycmkserver/mysite/check_mk/login.py?_origtarget=dashboard.py?name=mydashboard&_username=myuser&_password=mypassword&_login=1
Do not get me wrong i appreciate the URL shortening and simplification but documentation needs to be updated here i think
