Delete Pending Changes? 1.4.0p25
Hi, I have had loads of issues since upgrading to 1.4.0p25 and have sent in another email to this mailing list but is waiting for approval - it has a couple of screenshots.

However, while I was trying to fix that issue I have been looking at removing a lot of pending changes I have on a distributed Check_MK setup. Because they won’t disappear via WATO I understand I should delete the entries from pending.log. I have search both my Master and Slave servers but there is no pending.log file anywhere. Is it different in 1.4.0p25?

Thanks.

Pete.

Hi Peter,

the log you are searching is inside “~/var/check_mk/wato”. There are some “replication_…” files, for every site two. If you remove these files then your setup is thinking that there are no pending changes to activate. But remember that it could be that there are real pending changes

If i have a problem with such a setup, i do a “cmk -R” on every site, remove the “replication_” files and make one change affection all sites (like creating a dummy rule in your root folder).

Then i activate these single change and look if all is running like it should.

Best regards

Andreas
