[Check_mk (english)] Deleting a check

Hi,

I added a check for a remote server on that servers logwatch.cfg to check a log file in /var/log. It was added to the list of checks on the Nagios server and now i want to delete the check for that server but it keeps showing up when i run check_mk -I alltcp. It is reading it from a cache file somewhere but i dont know how to stop it from reading a check when i want to make a change. Can someone help me with this?

Thanks,

It’ll be in the autochecks config files

Have a look at http://mathias-kettner.de/checkmk_inventory.html#H1:What%20happens%20with%20the%20items%20found?

It explains what they are and how you can update them or delete
specific tests

Merry Christmas

Mike
