[Check_mk (english)] disable notification per host for all user

Hi,

I have a scenario where I want to disable notification only one host out of (exp 50 host)…The way that I know is to disable notification in user information but that disable for all host notification instead of one. If I got 100 user, I need to click one by one to disable it…

is there any easier way to disable it only on the host?

I’ve seen on nagios where we can disable directly on the host by clicking on the mute icon beside it and all user contact will not receive any notification of that host only…

Thanks

You have some options.

  • search for the specific host inside multisite and then issue the command for disable notification

  • build a rule inside your configuration to disable the notification - if you use WATO to configure your check_mk you will find the parameter under → Monitoring Configuration → enable/disable notifications for hosts

Best regards

Andreas
