You can use the parent child relations between hosts to achieve what you want.
These relations can be defined inside WATO for every host or for whole folders.

My scenario is, check MK should not send email notification when parent host is reachable and any child host failed.
example:
host A is parent and host B and C are child.
when host C is not reachable and host A is reachable then email notification should not trigger.

Well, you can do it with your notifications then. B and C would go into UNKNOWN status or abbreviated as UNKN. Just don’t setup alerts for UNKN and you won’t get them.
