[Check_mk (english)] Is there a way to control interface speed in check_mk?

As per below, I am monitoring a Cisco router…

OK - Cisco IOS Software, C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.0(1)M3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2) Technical Support: http://www.cisco.com/techsupport Copyright
© 1986-2010 by Cisco Systems, Inc. Compiled Sun 18-Jul-10 03:32 by prod_rel_team,

The interface shows up as 1000Mbit/s, but the pipe connected to that interface is only a T1 so you can see how the chart rendering would be misleading, is there a way to control this
through check_mk?

The interface is detected as below:

OMD[oppy]:~$ check_mk -v sea-cisco

Check_mk version 1.1.11i4

C1941/C2901 AC Power Supply OK - State: normal, Source: ac

FAN System Fan OK (State is: normal (1))

Interface 3 OK - [GigabitEthernet0/1] (up) 1GBit/s, in: 27.78KB/s(0.0%), out: 29.76KB/s(0.0%)

Interface 4 OK - [Backplane-GigabitEthernet0/3] (up) 1GBit/s, in: 0.00B/s(0.0%), out: 0.00B/s(0.0%)

Can I force check_mk to render the graph at a smaller scale?

If I look at check_mk –M if, I see something regarding “if_inventory_monitor_speed”, will this do it? How would I implement it in the above check/main.mk configuration?

Thanks.

IMHO you have to define the interface bandwidth of your T1 line. But I´am not a network admin
