I have recently added a isilon into our monitoring environment and I’m receiving the following hr_fs check. The combo of the 3 nodes is 30TB but as you can see from the screenshot it shows 450GB total. The amount of used is correct its just the total that’s wrong. Any pointers on how to correct?

could you post a snmpwalk containing the relevant data please:
snmpwalk .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1
…and as second information: which CMK server version are you using? OMD (in this case OMD version, too, please)?
