[Check_mk (english)] ISSUE with check_mk-cisco_mem data not coming

Hi,

I am using check_mk version 1.2.0p3 .

1.> Mem used cpu pool + Mem used io pool ----> Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software IOS ™ C2600 Software (C2600-IS-M), Version 12.2(11)T1 ----->Getting DATA

2.> Mem used cpu pool + Mem used io pool ----> Cisco
IOS Software, Catalyst 4500 L3 Switch Software (cat4500e-ENTSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.2(53)SG2, ----> Not getting DATA

3.> Mem used cpu pool + Mem used io pool ----> Cisco IOS Software, 2800 Software (C2800NM-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(15)T9, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc5) —> Getting DATA

So required your help to resolve this why on some devices getting data and on some not .

Hi,

i also had a similar problem with the cisco_mem check.

After some investigation of this problem i submitted a patch to the feedback address.

Until now it is not included inside the GIT. I will contact them again if there was a problem with the

patch.

The problem is that the check expects some values inside the snmp table which are not there on every device.

Every Cisco device can have up to 10 (or so) different memory pools. The check is only reading two value pairs from

this table.

I attach my patch if you want to test.
