[Check_mk (english)] Livestatus vs Reality

Hi guys.
Can you explain the following?

QUERY:

GET services

Columns: host_name description plugin_output

Filter: description ~ ^Filesystem

Among the result i see:

LDBM-PRDE001;Filesystem /;OK - USED: 56.3% [7.31 GB], FREE: 43.7% [5.68 GB], TOTAL: 12.99 GB, (levels at 75.00/85.00%), trend: +2.43 GB / 24 hours, inodes available 13604k/99.81%

LDBM-PRDE001;Filesystem /opt;OK - USED: 0.065% [33.28 MB], FREE: 99.9% [49.96 GB], TOTAL: 49.99 GB, (levels at 75.00/85.00%), trend: 0.00 B / 24 hours, inodes available 52428k/100.00%

LDBM-PRDE001;Filesystem /var;OK - USED: 2.31% [1.15 GB], FREE: 97.7% [48.84 GB], TOTAL: 49.99 GB, (levels at 75.00/85.00%), trend: +448.63 MB / 24 hours, inodes available 52426k/100.00%

But, the server is DOWN. 2 hours ago. Is there a way to FILTER the DOWN servers?

THANK YOU!!!

Hi Gerardo,

Try adding this to your query:

Filter: host_state = 0

If that does not work (I don’t know the exact column and currently have no system to test) search for the column by this query:

GET columns
Filter: table = services

…and grep for “state”.

HTH,
Marcel
