[Check_mk (english)] SNMP Trap Event Notification Host Name

I’m running OMD 1.30 with Check_MK 1.2.6p12.

When SNMP traps are received by mkeventd, the event console always shows the host name in the “Host” field, but the notifications always show the IP address of the host that sent the trap. From the Web interface, the events tie to the
monitored hosts by name and everything seems to match up just fine, but for notifications $HOSTNAME$ is always the IP address and there is no way to display the name of the host in the notification.

Is there something I can change to get $HOSTNAME$ for a trap event to display the host name instead of the IP address? Perhaps this behavior has changed in a later version?
