Hello,
I have a little issue.
I use check_mk in raw edition and I monitore 3 sites (1 master, two slaves).
I don’t know what I did wrong but I also see hosts from the master in one of the slave site when I click on “Hosts group”.
I supposed to see only the hosts from this site.
Do you an idea about that ?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards.
Marcel
Hi Marcel,
technically this is possible.
Starting from version 1.5 onward you should get an error message if your slave site has another livestatus connection.
Before 1.5 this was possible without any error message.
I had such setups on some sites where you have two locations and the sites a managed from one of the two but all users login to
the site they are at the moment. And then they want to see if the second site is also working.
Take a look at your multisite configuration on the slave site in ~/etc/check_mk/multisite.d/…
I think you find some difference between the two slaves.
Best regards
Andreas

Hi Andreas,
Thank you for your answer.
The two sites have the same configuration.
One more information is that the two sites are running under 1.2.8p23 check_mk version in raw edition, and the master 1.6.0p6 (I have to upgrade them but I didn’t find any procedure how to do it )
I don’t know if this can help
Regards
Marcel
