Checking Proxmox LVM-Thin storage

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to monitor free space on Proxmox LVM-Thin storage? I have the agent and the API setup and it picks up all other mount points but not the LVM-Thin storage.

I found one plugin in the exchange but it was for version 1.2 and not 2.x so I did not want to try that in our production environment and have it crash.
