Just upgraded checkmk raw from 2.4 to 2.5.0p6.
One question about sharing dashboards: why public links can be created only with a 1-month or less expiration date?
There’s a “Set expiration date” checkbox, but it’s selected by default and not clickable (it’s grayed out).
How can I share public links to some dashboards with no time limit?
I’m on 2.5.0p7 now, but still same issue.
Expiration date is mandatory and it can’t be more than 30 days in the future:
I’m using the Community (formerly Raw) edition so maybe that’s the reason?
@rdot84 I believe so, I think one of the Checkmk colleagues mentioned that limitation of the free community edition at the conference (maybe after a talk)

This is exactly the reason. In Checkmk 2.5, public dashboard sharing has a 30-day limit for the Community Edition. If you are running the Pro, Ultimate, or Cloud editions, public sharing is unlimited with no time restrictions required.
