I’m a little confused by the following message:
”Starting with this release, only physical appliances with an active hardware support contract are supported. If your hardware support has expired, we cannot guarantee that new firmware will operate correctly on your device, and support will not be provided.”
Does this mean that virtual appliances are being discontinued?
No, this means, that physical appliances are only supported, if they have an active hardware support contract. Thanks for bringing this up, I will rephrase the warning to be easier to understand.

Since the update to 1.7.13/14, the 10G adapter has lost its link in the appliance. However, the iDrac shows a link.
I am aware of the problem from the message in the download portal, but when will there be a solution?
The appliance is currently running on the backup link connected to the 1G connection. 
The hardware has a support contract, but CEE does not. My email to feedback was rejected. How can I get support for the hardware?
