CheckMK email notifications

OS version: Centos 7

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to extract a report on CMK based on the emails notifications that i received?

For example,

I want to know during the week, all alerts that I received by email, just final notifications.

Hi,
you can use the rule “Check notification number per contact” (Setup > Other services) to get metrics for the notifications.

Do you know what is the difference for raw notifications and user notifications?

Hi,
when a problem is detected, Checkmk generates a raw notification. After that Checkmk tries to find a suitable user. If this works, a user notification is generated.
