Starting from version 3.3.0, every automatic alert includes a HELP button. When pressed, the AI provides a summary of the issue’s likely cause and suggests potential solutions. These insights vary in quality depending on the service output but aim to give you actionable advice.

The bot offers full-fledged AI capabilities similar to ChatGPT. Whether you have Check_MK-specific questions, IT problems, or general inquiries, the AI Assistant is here to help.
