Checkmk not fully functional after installation

CMK version: I tried 2.2.0p3 and 2.1.0p29 RAW
OS version: Ubuntu Linux 22.04 Server

Hi all,

I installed checkmk on a newly created Ubuntu VM following the installation instructions. Everything worked as expected but when logging in to the web UI the first time it looks like the checkmk website isn’t fully functional: the default dashboard isn’t loading and I can’t use any menus (e.g. nothing happens when I click on “Setup”).
I tried version 2.2.0 first and 2.1.0 after that, but had the same problem in both cases.
The problem is the same in IE and Chrome.
Where do I best start troubleshooting?

Hi,

The first thing you should look in “~/var/log/web.log” if there are anny errors in there.

Thanks for the answer.
Actually everything was fine on the server, but I had a problem with the Windows PC which I used to open the Checkmk web UI. Tried it with another machine now and it works.
