ich habs gefunden 
Und zwar habe ich die Option ‘Logging of the Core’ genutzt un dort den Parameter ‘Notification System’ auf ‘Debug’ gesetzt (siehe Anhang.) So kann ich im cmc.log genau nachvollziehen, was mit meiner Notification passiert. In meinem Fall habe ich die Notification per default deaktiviert (die Notification schafft es also nicht zum Notify Handler).
