Hi all,
Pretty excited to see the native Redfish support in 2.4, well done! We have a number of iKVM consoles that support Redfish v1 API and on all of them we see 1 or 2 “Network adapter DevType7_NICn” services that all show the same behaviour:
Summary: Model: DevType7_NIC0, SeNr: None, PartNr: None CRIT, Component State: A critical condition requires immediate attention., This resource is enabled. CRIT
Details: Model: DevType7_NIC0, SeNr: None, PartNr: None CRIT
Component State: A critical condition requires immediate attention., This resource is enabled. CRIT
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I can disable the failing services, but I’d rather have this fixed. TIA
This is how the 3 management cards identify in the dashboard, if it helps:

If you can post the agent section for the network adapter, it could be possible to see a little bit more. You can download the agent output from this host and then search for the “networkadapter” section i think.
Hey Andreas, thanks for looking into this. See attached the full agent output for the 1st machine with:
Firmware Version: 1.60.12
BIOS Version: 9902
BIOS Build Time: 12/12/2024
I’m also puzzled a bit by the discrepancy between the agent output and the actual cmk display:
<<<redfish_networkadapters:sep(0)>>> section lists from DevType7_NIC0 to DevType7_NIC4, plus DevType7_VirtualNic5, but in the GUI I only see DevType7_NIC2 (crit), DevType7_NIC3 (ok) and DevType7_VirtualNic5 (ok). See also the GUI screenshot.
Thanks again
