we have a problem with checkmk , were checkmk is getting false temperature informations from an ILO device and not the real ones. This screenshot tells that we have CRIT alarms in CheckMK but on ILO board there are no alarms at all and the shown alarm of ILO boards in CheckMK they are absent.
No directly. Your screenshot also shows that the service has thresholds defined. On your right side screenshot you see that these services have no levels inside the iLO, but other sensors have normal levels. Sensor 22 has levels but is also shown as critical, that means your thresholds, inside CMK, are configured to use the most critical thresholds (self defined vs. device thresholds).
Please take a look at the defined parameters of one of the critical services and provide a screenshot.
For sensors without device thresholds you need to define your own thresholds.
