Checkmk Update: Unhandled exception: 400: while processing header 'Limit': expected non-negative integer

Hi,

I encountered the following error while attempting to update my Checkmk version from 2.2.0 to 2.3.0p24. The update was completed successfully, and I could start the OMD service. But, after loading the GUI, I started seeing this error. I did not notice any error messages during the update process. Am I missing something? How can I resolve this issue?

Thank you,

I have NagVis maps enabled on this Checkmk instance. Could this Livestatus error be related to that? I haven’t been able to find any other information.

Hi.
First you nned to check if the core config is ok. Please try “cmk -U” on both sites. If your site is stopped you can also use “cmk-update-config -v” to check if the update has any arreors.

hi @ChristianH ,

Both of the commands didn’t return any error messages.

Hi All,

The issue is resolved.
The error was due to setting soft and hard query limits to a much higher value.
