CheckMK Updater ignore State for disabled sites

Hi Community,
we have setup the checkmk updater and only enabled it for some specifiy sites to do some testing with the new agent version before distribution to all hosts.
This leads to a “Warn” of the service “check_mk agent”.

Is there a way to suppress this?
I tried to use the rule for CheckMK Agent Installation auditlog, but this seems not to work with disabled sites:
