Andreas, why don’t you mention what you have mentioned in another thread?
The VBS plugin is better to be replaced by the powershell script to determine pending windows updates. However, keep in mind that both of these checks actively poll either the windows update catalog servers or your local WSUS/SCCM (if configured). I find this somewhat contradictive to the common dogma that monitoring should only be looking, not actively doing things. This is a lesson taught by tribe29 staff and shouldn’t have changed to this day.
