Dear forum.
I get this error while trying to install the windows agent on my old Server 2008 R2
I have selected the default directory for the agent and i still get this error
CMK version 1.5.0p16
Are you using the .exe or the .msi ? can you try another agent from other mk instance ?
Currently useing the .msi file.
I have disabled wato on all other sites since we are running a Distributed Monitoring setup.
Where would i get the exe agent from?
Well usually to debug that I have a docker container / lxd container with a clean install of some major releases where I download agents to troubleshoot. I can provide you a 1.5.0 p19 agent to test, let me know if you want and I’ll zip it.

I cant just download exe/ msi files from the web

Let me know then ! I used to have some issues with an 1.5.0p12 repository and an agent from other site worked
