When recording Cisco IP SLAs, we have noticed that during periods where the SLA is unable to complete it’s probes, the data is reported as N/A. The gap at the end of the graph here reported “N/A” for the period in which the SLA was not responding:
Yet when the SLA comes back online the “N/A” data is then overwritten with the last-known “good” value that was recorded:

Is there any way to have this “N/A” data recorded? We need to graph historical data when SLAs drop. It is a hindrance to our operations that the graphs for Cisco IP SLAs do not retain that information as it makes tracking outages more difficult.
Thank you.
