We have been using the Citrix plugins that ship with CMK for a while, and we have been having constant issues with it, specifically every so often it will randomly report that the VMTools state is stuck in “unknown” for a random number of our Citrix desktop agents.
I confirmed VMware Tools is running on all of our VDAs, so I am not sure why this keeps reporting back as unknown.
Is there a way to ignore this state so it stops alerting? I would prefer to fix it, but I sense that the issue is that the script is actually reporting back unknown on VmTools status, but I dont know much about how it works.
