CME Customer View on main dashboard

CME : 2.1 (also just tested 2.1.0p1 and same issue)
RHEL 8.6

We are seeing a duplicate widget on the main dashboard, of the “Customers” view, but we cannot remove it, says it is removing ( via pop-up ), but does not.
