Cmk_mail.log file getting large

Hi, is there configuration within checkmk to limit or clear out this log file as it seems to be getting bigger on individual hosts:

This should have been address in werk: Werk #12330: Disable Windows agent mail API tracing

We are currently on version: 2.3.0p18

Can we delete these files?
The last time it was written to is when were were still on this same version:

Thanks for your prompt response. I thought this read 2024 when it was written to (pre coffee), I will delete these files.
