hi all, I installed the telegram plugin using this guide.
I created the notification rule, entered the API-KEY and ChatID, unfortunately the bot doesn’t send notifications.
Where can I find useful logs to figure out what the problem is?

The first problem I solved independently, the set delay caused problems with notifications via telegram.
While what you posted solved the second problem of double notifications.
