Communication failed : [Errno 111] Connection refused

Error message: Communication failed : [Errno 111] Connection refused

When i am trying to add a new host into monitoring i am receiving this error. I have reinstalled the agent and again registered the agent correctly still i am receiving this alert. Also the output netstat -na |select-string ‘port number’ is showing listening. What other troubleshooting steps i can perform to fix the issue

Guessing firewall setting on your client machine. Port 6556 on the client should be open for the checkmk server.
