CMK version:raw 2.1.0p25

Error message: Communication failed: [Errno 111] Connection refused
Hello !
I have a problem with the checkmk agent “check-mk-agent_2.1.0p25-1_all.deb”. I have multiple servers with no problem for gettin metrics except for a single one.
I’ve tried multiple things like adding my cmk server in iptables, checking my ports, firewall and everything seems to be good. But, when I perform a tcpdump I can see this problem :
