maybe you can help me here. I have a problem with users in contact groups not getting hosts and services displayed in the respective dashboards.
It doesn’t matter whether I add the contact groups via the folders, a rule or both.
I have of course assigned the user to the corresponding contact group. In the status display of the respective host, you can also see that the contact group has been assigned to the respective host.
I should perhaps also mention that I first installed the Trial Edition of CheckMK and then downgraded to the RAW version. I wanted to have a look at the differences between the respective versions before making a purchase decision.
Under the trial/cloud version, the display and limiting the visibility of the hosts worked. Unfortunately, it no longer works after the downgrade. Has anyone ever had this problem?
