just curious to know Service checks and Host checks and smart pings, which displays in core statistics, Higher OR lower which one is suggesting a healthy /stable performance of check_mk ?
It depends on your system. This is not a real performance value. It is more for yourself to control if the expected numbers are there.
Example: host checks → 100 hosts - smart ping - this means every 6 second a host check → 1000 host checks per minute → 16-17 host checks per second
For service checks the calculation is a little bit more complicated as you can have different check intervals.

Check latency are only the values further down in the list. In your case all the latency is 0.
