Cpu utilization matrix configuration

from the attached screen, where we can set the cpu utilization matrix. for fixed levels.
but what i observe, this alerts notification , for every high cpu matrix.
but we want notification only if the high value of 95% cpu ,remain for constant 5 minutes interval .
what we need to configure in that case?

i am asking this question, because in some situations, cpu goes 95% for 1 minutes and then after 1 minutes it becomes normal , and if we want to observe only situation where cpu is constantly high for say 5 minutes.
